Qorvo’s TQL9062 is a cascadable, high-linearity gain block amplifier in a compact 2 × 2 mm surface-mount package. At 3.5 GHz, the amplifier typically delivers 16 dB gain, +40.3 dBm OIP3, and a 1.5 dB noise figure (NF). The LNA can be biased from a single positive supply voltage ranging from 3.3 V to 5 V.
With its excellent noise figure and high linearity, the TQL9062 is ideal for receiver and transmitter chains in high-performance systems. The gain block utilizes a high-performance E-pHEMT process and features internal matching, requiring only four external components for operation from a single positive supply: an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors.
This low-noise amplifier (LNA) incorporates an internal active bias circuit to maintain high performance over temperature and integrates a shutdown function for time-division duplexing (TDD) applications. The TQL9062 covers the 500–6000 MHz band, making it suitable for wireless infrastructure and other applications demanding high linearity and/or low noise.

Notes on Translation:
Technical Accuracy:
"OIP3" (Output Third-Order Intercept Point) and "NF" (Noise Figure) are standard RF terms retained in the translation.
"E-pHEMT" (Enhanced Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) is a Qorvo-specific process term.
"TTL logic-compatible" ensures clarity for digital control interfaces.
